What is FreeScout?
FreeScout is a lightweight, open-source help desk and shared mailbox built with PHP and Laravel. It centralizes customer conversations from email and other channels into a collaborative inbox for support teams. FreeScout is commonly used as a self-hosted alternative to SaaS help desks such as Zendesk or Help Scout.
