What is Zep?
Zep is a context-engineering platform that stores chat history and business data to build user-level knowledge graphs and retrieve relevant memory for LLM agents. Its managed Zep Cloud is the supported product; the deprecated Community Edition codebase remains in the repository legacy folder for reference only.
